Mediaburst: Ecommerce SMS Notifications 1.1.1

Send SMS notifications to your WP eCommerce customers when order statuses change, and send yourself (as store administrator) an SMS when you get a new order.The plugin works with Mediaburst which means you can send SMS notifications to anyone, anywhere in the world. Once you've installed the plugin you'll need a username and password for a mediaburst SMS API account, you can signup online and text messages cost just 5p.Installation Upload mediaburst-ecommerce-sms-notifications folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPressSetup your Mediaburst Account DetailsYou will need a Mediaburst SMS API account for this plugin to work on your store; contact Mediaburst to find out more. If you have one, then you need to configure the details in the WordPress admin area by following these instructions. Go to 'Settings' > 'Mediaburst Account' Enter your Mediaburst SMS API username and password If you would like the SMS Credits to be displayed in the admin bar, select the "Account Credits" checkboxWP eCommerce ConfigurationTo have everything properly working, please now configure the following within WP eCommerce.Firstly, set a new checkout field for customers to enter their mobile number so you can send them updates on their order. Go to 'Settings' > 'Store' > then the 'Checkout' tab in the WordPress admin area At the bottom, click 'Add New Form Field' twice (At this point I sometimes find there are two rows with blank dropdowns, clicking 'Save Changes' fixes this problem) Make the first of your new rows a 'Heading' using the first dropdown in that row (there's no need to change the second dropdown in that row) and give it a 'Name' of something like 'We would like to send you SMS updates on your order (optional)' Give the second of your new rows the name of 'Mobile Number' (or similar), set the Type to 'Text', set the Unique Name to 'billingsmsupdates' (it's important you select this unique name at this point) Please also check that the 'billingcountry' field is still present, set to 'Country' and is mandatory, as we need this to work out which country to send the SMS messages toNow you need to set the various SMS notification messages which will be sent. Go to 'Settings' > 'Store' > then the 'Admin' tab in the WordPress admin area. Scroll down to the 'SMS Messages' section. Specifying the 'SMS From' allows you to tailor who the SMS messages will appear to be from. You can choose to have your store send a message to a nominated "admin" mobile number when a new order is received. If you choose to have an administrator notified of new orders, you will need to specify a mobile number to receive them and may wish to tailor the message sent. The message can include some tokens which are replaced by the store at the time of sending, for example %purchase_id% is replaced with the purchase log number for the order in question. You can choose to allow customers to receive a message when their order status changed, and you can tailor the message sent. Lastly, you can configure which order statuses you wish to send SMS notifications for. Once you have configured everything satisfactorily, select the "Update" button to save the configuration
