This plugin allows you to add a contact form from any page in your website, just a note, this plugin does not modify your wordpress install, no options or tables are created. See http://anthony.strangebutfunny.net/my-plug...est-newsletter/ for help Install : Upload the directory "easiest-contact-form"to the/wp-content/plugins/` directory Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress Paste "[alex-contact-form]" anywhere in your wordpress posts or pages and a contact form will appear.
