Tired of moderating comments on your wordpress site? Stop losing your time and let your visitors decide which comment worth to be on the top of the post. Install : Download 'comment-ratings.zip' to your computer. After you have downloaded the plugin visit your Wordpress Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New. You may also unpack and upload the dir with files to the wp-content/plugins folder on your blog. Activate the plugin from the WP Admin. To confugre Comment Ratings enter -> Settings -> Comment Ratings.
