Late Form Alter 6.x-1.0

Provides a new Drupal hook: hook_late_form_alter.This hook is identical to Drupal's hook_form_alter in every way except that it should always be called after every other module's hook_form_alter is called. Also provides hook_late_form_(form_id)_alter.
