This is a non-caching filter that parses HTML to append an active class to URL's found in the content if they match the current page.This filter does not cache, limit it's usage to fairly small blocks! Also it should come after all other input filters that generate HTML (e.g. a weight of 10) so that it can find all of the links to check.The reason for the filter was for theming a HTML list of fixed links, some related to the menu system, and having the need to have the current page highlighted.I am on an extended world trip, so I am looking for co-maintainers or a new maintainer to help out. The issue queue is quiet [not sure if anyone else is using this!], but no upgrade path to Drupal 7 has been started yet. Apply here #920980: Co-maintainers. If no response to a request is given after a few weeks, guide the web masters here to confirm the request. It is a new module with limited usage, so it would be a great module to start with with you find it useful and you want to contribute back to the Drupal community.
