Simple Post Preview 1.2.4

This widget lets you create a push for any post you like. It can create two kinds of pushes, both dynamic and static ones. A dynamic push is a push that shows the latest post from a category you select. It will automatically update it for you. To create a dynamic push simply select a category from the category drop down.To create a static push you select the post you want to show from the post drop down instead. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress 3. Use the plugin by placing it in any defined widget area 4. If you don't, the title of the post will be used as the header instead Select Category: Select one of your categories from which you want to display the latest post Select Post: Select a specific post to create a static push Thumbnail: Select this if you want to show the post thumbnail in the push Thumbnail size: The name of the thumbnail size you want to use. It's specified in functions.php Length of preview: The number of characters from the post shown in the preview Link: The name of the link that takes you to the full post Link to: You can choose to link to either the post or the category
