CCK Required Single Select 6.x-1.0-beta2

It looks like this whole module may (thankfully) now be unnecessary. Please see http://drupal.org/node/849100.I'm not sure if it is a recent change that makes this functionality possible, but unless I'm notified of an unintended benefit of CCK Required Single Select, I'll soon discontinue it.DEMO/EXPLANATION VIDEO: http://www.screencast.com/t/MGFiOTFjThis is a simple module that handles required, single-value CCK select lists. By default, when a single-option CCK select list is required, the first option is automatically selected. This module modifies that behavior by... 1. Adding an option of "- Select One -" (or an alternate, customizable value) to required, single-option select lists, and 2. Throwing a validation error if the user does not select an option other than "- Select One -". NOTE: This module currently seems to be fully functional, but has been placed in beta just to make sure.
