The translations need to be identified in the source database with a language field and a common key, allowing the language variants to be identified as a common translation.The migration of nodes and taxonomy terms is supported. And only fully multilingual taxonomy terms are handled properly.InstallationUnpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
