Only people who have been assigned the "view private webform file uploads" permission can see them.After the module is installed the directory 'private' under files/webform/ can be set to be private in admin/settings/webform/private_upload. Whenever a file component in a webform should be private, the upload can be directed to that directory or a child of it.This system works by adding an invisible .htaccess file to the directory in question, which Apache then honors by preventing people from being able to access those files. Therefore, Drupal must be running on Apache.InstallationUnpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
