Provides two new actions for Rules:# Messages: Send a message - implement all of the capabilities of the drupal_set_message() function.# Messages: Clean messages - clean messages created by the drupal_set_message() functionBased on #409090: Improve options for "Show a configurable message on the site" action discussion and on the module submitted in it.Thanks to fago for his guidance.
