The Diagonal Advertising Banner Plugin allows users to create a diagonal banner at the top right corner of a website with a text message and optional link. Install : 1. Download and unzip the diagonal-advertising-banner-plugin.zip file. Find the diagonalbanner.php file, and upload the 'diagonalbanner.php' file to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory via FTP. (Alternatively, you may search for this plugin and install it from within the wp-admin panel.) 2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in the WordPress Admin panel. 3. Click on the "Diagonal Banner" link on the left menu under "Settings." 4. Under the Basic Options, use the dropdown menu to allow the Diagonal Banner display to be "Enabled." 5. Follow the Instructions on How to Use Diagonal Banner on the top of the page. 6. Check that your diagonal banner is showing near the top right corner on your WordPress blog. 7. Please see answer the Frequently Asked Question in the readme file included in the download if your banner is not showing.
