Fields get populated automatically with values passed through the URL.It supports both single and multi-value fields. It has support for the following field types: Node Title, Node Body, Textfields, Number fields (Float, Integer, Decimal), Node Reference.InstallationUnpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
