The module can be configured to collect emails from various addresses and automatically create tickets from their content.InstallationUnpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')Enable under Administer > Site Building > ModulesNavigate to admin/build/contact/add and add a few categories. For each, under recipients, make sure the email entered is one that will be checked with this module.Navigate to admin/store/settings/ticket/email/add to set up an email account. Select POP3 or IMAP and add the server address, the username and the password for the email account to be checked.Navigate to admin/store/settings/ticket/status. Here statuses can be added for tickets.
