It then uses Views Attach module to attach a view of the gallery to nodes. It also provides a gallery of all of the galleries.Fields vs. Nodes?When making a gallery in Drupal, a primary question is if you want to use Fields or Nodes for the images. The answer to that question really depends on what kind of gallery you need and what kind of information you want attached to each image.If you want to use Fields for images you will create a 'Gallery' node and attach images to that node. You can still have information such as title and description for each image. However each image won't have it's own 'page' (ie node) for comments etc. If you want to use Nodes for each image you would create an 'Image' node and use Views to group those images together as a 'Gallery' or galleries.This module supports both.The caveat is that this module doesn't currently support grouping more than 1 value using 'Group Multiple Values'. You can have all of the fields from a node by not using 'Group Multiple Values' or you can use 1 field per node using 'Group Multiple Values' and adding '1' for 'Show _ value(s)'. The reason is that if you show more than 1 field there will be more than 1 field per row which will break the html markup required by the galleriffic js.Known ConflictsThis does not work with Flag module. Feel free to fix #703760: Flag and Galleriffic !
