php Help Agent is a support suite that allows you to offer your visitors assistance.It includes a knowledge base for frequent questions & answers, a trouble ticket system for email support and a live chat feature that allows you to chat live with your visitors.Features of the script package include:- Easy installation!- ability to add support personnel- chat live with your visitors- create a knowledge base- answer support request with a trouble ticket system- show your online status on your main pageThe script resides in its own directory, separate from the rest of your site. The program was written for UNIX-variant servers such as Linux, FreeBSD, etc. It requires PHP 4.x and MySQL 4.x or better. Installation is easy and complete instructions are included in the download.
