ALiCE-CMS is a content management system - package using a MySQL Database and is written in PHP.The idea is to create an easy understandable cms with support of the basic features required on standart websites. The ALiCE CMS is devided into frontend and backend interface like many other projects are.You can manage the main outer templates of the website you want to create. This template is called DESIGN in this project and includes everything between body and /body on your frontend.On the same way you can manage the css style sheets (STYLES) and the website content(CONTENT).The content elements base on elementtemplates which can also be managed in the backend interface and are called TEMPLATES from now on.A filesystem management is included to upload, rename or delete FILES on your server.Dynamic Content is handled via Modules you can create. The goal is to create a big library of modules for every use such as shop, guestbook, formularmailer.
