NooMS is an easy to use web content management system written in PHP with MYSQL support.NooMS is a content manager which divides the content in sections and subsections. Each section or subsection can have more subsections so you can make and infinite tree of sections.Basically the features are:- Customizable section system: You choose articles per page, number of articles shown, sectiong hiding, etc.- WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) page editor: You can edit pages as you were on MS Word.- Section, page and home page sorting: You can sort your articles as you desire, including sorting by date, like a blog.- Easy theme creation: If you have some HTML skills you can create a template easily. Just read the manual.- Easy translation: You can create your own language files.- Simple search engine: Search simply inside the web.
