This application may be used to save waveform data from R&S FSQ analyzers. It allows the user to set centre frequency, span, resolution bandwidth and sweep time. The data is saved in excel format with the X and Y values on the first Sheet and the instrument settings on the second Sheet.In order to run this application a static IP address must be set for both the PC's LAN adapter, which is used to connect to the instrument, and the instrument itself. A cross-over cable must also be used.You need to set the PCd-deOaos IP address to 192.167.1.1 and the FSQ IP address to 192.167.1.2Check that the connection is working by typing ping 192.167.1.2 from the command prompt of the PC.In order to access the LAN configuration window on the FSQ press SETUP and then the soft keys corresponding to GENERAL SETUP and CONFIGURE NETWORK.
