Spherium allows for the creation of a cornicopia of curious 3D objects and offers full interactive control over lighting and orientation.Spherium contains a function (fig2pic) which can construct very high resolution images of any surface generated by MATLAB. When saveas and interp functions just aren't good enough! This means spherium can construct poster sized prints of your favourite bizzare pinecones, dragon spirals, ammonites ....Spherium also allows for Hydrogenic orbitals to be visualized, all the way up to H I6 !Any JPEG of the form texture.jpg in the same directory as spherium.m can be texture mapped onto the spherical object, which is defined in terms of functions of elevation (elev) and azimuth (azi).
