In this code , I have not used any windows. First signal is chopped into overlapped pieces and their individual PSD are leter averaged. The degree of overlap is adjustable in this code. For example, the variable OL=50 in the code means, 50% over lap. it can be changed to whatever. At the end, single sided PSD is plotted.
