This GUI simplifies using the new generic DLL calling capability provided by the MathWorks. In addition, the GUI will automatically generate wrapper M-files for each of the entry points in the DLL giving you the ability to fine-tune the calls into the library to be more MATLAB friendly, while still seeing what the C-Declaration is in the library.This new generic DLL loading capability will allow you to call into custom device drivers without needing to write C code. So now you can have support for all those VXI Plug&Play drivers offered for your instrument directly from within MATLAB.
