MyFolder is a client server software application that helps your organisation share and access folders and documents anywhere.Download and install MyFolder software on a central server. Users access the document server from a java applet. Folders, documents and files are stored in a database on the server.MyFolder allows sharing of folders and makes it easy to have multiple users work on the same documents.Features:- Folders and files on a central server- Easy access to files from MyFolder Client.- MyFolder Client is easy to install and run. It runs as a java applet- MyFolder Client runs on Windows and Linux- Unlimited number simultaneous of users. Only limited by server hardware- Unlimited number of folders and files. Only limited by disk space- Allow multiple users to work on the same files and documents. Warn about conflicts- Create, cut and paste folders as in a local File Explorer- Add, cut, paste and synchronize files- Open files and documents directly from the MyFolder client.- Logs all file check in with user identity, computer name and timestamps
