Planning a trip is tedious, as many things change while travelling. MyTravelBook is a php-Application for planning trips: it provides a flexible structure for information, lets you plan & share your trip with others & coordinate with fellow travellers. MyTravelBook is a tool to support independent travelers. It serves as a trip planning tool before and while traveling and helps reminisce beautiful trips once they are over. It is mainly meant to be used by virtual communities, such that everyone can benefit from the things you discover on the road. This wiki will give you information about the background, development, and usage of MyTravelBook. It is, like all the things on the web, very much under construction. At this time, the core description for programmers and more scientific background information is available.
