Tsuka is a web site software package which has the ultimate goal to provide all means for publishing videos on a web site in Flash video format. Currently written in PHP and Actionscript 2, thus using Flash 8. Features:Flash video player: - playlist - seeking Standalone Flash video player: - drag'n'drop video file to play Server side encoding: - support for FFmpeg and Mencoder Web interface: - register users - upload files with upload progress bar - publish videos - create playlists.
