PerfectIcon is an easy instrument for icon creating from pictures and photos. Supported picture formats: bmp, jpeg, tiff, gif, wmf etc. It can make stylish semi-transparent icons for Windows XP. Different effects and styles allow make unusual pictograms. Available effects: rotation, flipping, opacity, hue/saturation, shadow and more. Styles help you to create framed and shaped icons.

PerfectIcon is an ultimate tool for customizing the icons on your desktop, in Windows Start menu, for your folders and files. Using PerfectIcon you can easily replace default Windows icons with the ones to your choice and customize a wide variety of desktop attributes.
