DanPHPSupport (for lack of a better name) is a PHP-based support ticket system.The current features include: -Auto-installer and upgrader for easy installation. -Update notifier (upon logon, tells you if new version is available) Knowledge Base -Add/Edit/Delete Knowledgebase articles -Customisable Knowledgebase categories -Searchable listing of articles -Browse articles by category -Optional rich-text editor for easy entry of Knowledgebase articles -Support Tickets Customisable Ticket Categories -Customisable Severities (Low, Medium, High, Urgent) -Create a Support Ticket -View Ticket Status -Write reply to ticket -E-Mail notification whenever someone replies to your ticket -Canned Responses -BBCode editor for easy formatting of ticket messages Requirements: - Apache 1.3 or higher (2.x recommended) - PHP 4.1 or higher (latest version of PHP recommended) - MySQL 4 (latest version of MySQL recommended)
