This is a form of ultra-cheap aggregation where all the data of the nodes in a Drupal multi-site is shared across all the sites. When a node belonging to another site is visited the user will be redirected to the other site.InstallationUnpack in your modules folder (usually /sites/all/modules/) and enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
