It adds a block for each list that you configure. It sends a configurable email to users who signup, optionally explaining how to opt-out.The module also allows importing of all existing users into a list.InstallationUnpack in your modules folder (usually /sites/all/modules/) and enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules.
