Lightning Brain AliasHerder allows you to drag-drop a folder onto this application's icon to replace all aliases inside the folder with the files they are referring to.

Smooths working with slow file servers ('shopping basket' functionality) and helps resolve problems with 'mixed' Apple iPhoto® Libraries that contain a mix of referenced and copied image files.
