With your Mac, every time you run iSync, PocketMac s EzConvert engine pulls out and translates your Entourage contacts, calendar events, tasks, e-mails, & notes into a format that iPod can read. Then these items are copied to your iPod. Also, if you enable it as an option, the EzConvert engine will also pull out and convert Word & Acrobat documents, Stickies notes, and email from your Mail.app inbox.
With Windows, after you install your PocketMac iPod Edition software, every time you connect your iPod to your PC, this software starts immediately and its proprietary EzConvert engine goes to work. It pulls out & translates your Outlook contacts, calendars, tasks, e-mails & notes into a format that iPod can read. Then this data is automatically copied to your iPod. The same process occurs for Word documents.
