About Open Tuning
A Midi utility offering to MIDI and MIDI-fied polyphonic instrument players (such as guitarists and violinists) the ability to play and explore an unlimited number of virtual tunings without needing to retune their instrument each time.

Whats New in this Version
- Added a "Pitch-Bend Range" number box in the "DLS Soft-Synth" interface to set the all 16 channels pitch-bend range (from 0 to 127) using the Continuous Controller 128.
- Added a "Reset All CC s" menu commnand to send Continuous Controller 121 - Reset All Controllers to all available midi destinations
- Added help tags over each item of the "DLS Soft-Synth"
- Many more enhancements.
