NTFS Link is a Windows Shell Extension, which hooks into Windows Explorer Drag&Drop Actions to provide extended functionality for creating hard links and directory junctions on NTFS file systems.

Hard links provide a machanism to keep a file or a directory in more than one locations in a file systems.

It is also possible to create hard links on multiple files and directories in one step.
