Freeware, simple and fast. RCScripter is a free tool for developers creating scripts for use with the resource compiler from Microsoft. The program can also generate PowerBASIC pbr resource files. Make your application XP-themed with only four mouse clicks. You can embed the manifest file into the resource avoiding the need of external files. The process of creating scripts is made easy. Don't need to use overbloated applications to perform simple tasks. Best of all, is freeware and portable (no dll's).
