PowerBroker Identity Services Open Edition is an open source product that allows you to leverage your investment in Microsoft Active Directory for consistent security policy across your entire environment, including your Linux, UNIX, and Mac OS X desktops and servers. With this free, agent-based tool, you’ll be able to join the systems to AD in less than five minutes. Manage privileged identities across multiple operating systems to ensure seamless security and compliance for your organization. Allow users on Linux, UNIX, & Mac OS X systems login using their Active Directory credentials. Automatically map UIDs and GIDs to users and groups defined in active directory by importing Linux, UNIX, and Mac OS password and group files. Custom and standard reports are easily generated to effortlessly manage and view access privileges for users and groups.
