Auto Follow Up was developed to be an Outlook add-in designed to help you stay in touch with your contacts by automatically sending them follow up email messages if they don't reply to your email in a timely manner. While email already became the most popular business communication channel, poor email communication is usually the culprit for lost sales, business contacts or leads. So many times it happens that you send an email to your contact, but you don't receive a reply.
