Samsung SmarThru™ Office is a powerful document management application for office users. It creates, stores and edits scanned images, and delivers them to applications or folders on a user's PC. It offers a range of document management and editing features for easy and convenient use with Samsung multi-function devices. Users will appreciate the convenience of scanning documents directly to their PC by using the SmarThru client software.

Network scanning is integrated into the solution so users do not need to install additional software to use the scanning function. Supported products for Samsung SmarThru™ Office are the MultiXpress 6122FN/6322DN and the MultiXpress 6345N multi-function devices.

FEATURES:

-SmarThru™ Office creates a streamlined document management process for convenient management of a document throughout its lifecycle. It allows for simple conversion of paper documents into digital assets for storage on a user's PC or network file server.
-Offers ease of use through drag and drop functionality where hardcopy documents can be scanned through Samsung devices and be converted into various formats, such as TIFF, JPEG or PDF for maximum document flexibility and convenience.
-Allows for indexing and binding of scanned document for convenient storage and search.
-Scanned documents can be re-sized for simple management and storage.
-Scanned document can be delivered to faxes, printers, email, office applications or to optical character recognition software for conversion to digital assets.
