AbsolutePrivacy/Budget is an encryption-protected Budget Manager designed to provide a superior level of data security for your budget data stored on a PC. - handle up to 256 different budgets - record private and public transactions separately - analyze your budget regarding: time period, credit/debit transactions, transaction categories, types of payment, private or public expenses/income Every effort has been put into the project to protect data from unauthorized access. Nobody should ever be able to spy on any of your budget data stored on your PC, either by analyzing your harddisk or through a network. The extreme level of data security is provided by a unique combination of measures and options: - every single transaction is encrypted individually with a unique key, randomly chosen from an array of tens of thousands. Only the record needed at the moment is decrypted (in volatile memory - RAM) and visualized. If edited, it passes the encryption filter before being stored back into the database. The database itself remains permanently encrypted and unaccessibile to intruders at any time. - state-of-the art encryption algorithms, the same recommended by the US government for encrypting even most classified documents, are used for encryption. Cracking the code would require millions of years; - hide data marked as private in order to prevent them from appearing on the screen; - set a time limit to hide private data or shut down the program automatically if not used.
