NdxCards is a personal productivity software for the busy student, academic or professional. Organizing and retrieving notes is also a breeze. You can mark a note with 'push pin' and retrieve it with one-click. Define your own subjects and keywords. Link the note to many keywords. Search for specific note cards using keywords, subjects, dates or a combination of criteria.The strength of ndxCards is its ability to interact well with standard Office software, making it easier to use the notes you took. You can drop notes into PowerPoint or Visio and analyze notes visually, drawing links between the cards and inferring relationships. You can drop notes in MSWord. You can highlight a set of note cards from the list of notes and paste the contents as a set without opening each note card. You can export a list of actions to MS Excel as an action register. You can organize note cards in an outline structure with headings and export a draft document with a bibliography list of the sources you used. Collaborate by sharing cards with colleagues. Pack cards and send it to a colleague or a team member. Work groups can build a shared knowledge base this way.
