AVC is an accurate voice clock combining by 2 major portions, which are clock synchronization through Internet and voice reporting of time. The program is running in background mode. Both voice reporting and synchronization can be scheduled. Besides, it has a voice alarm function, which enables you not to miss any alarms when you are working behind computer.
