What is sNOWsh?
sNOWsh is many things, to begin with we are a new search engine utilising cutting edge internet technologies.
If you are here looking to find accommodation for your holiday, you can use our search to locate a wealth of independently run accommodation. All the places that travel agents (on-line or high street) don't know about! At the moment we are in our BETA testing phase so we are not ready yet to help you find all these brilliant places - but we wont be long!
If you are a holiday property owner, or run a business offering accommodation or an agent offering holiday lets, the chances are you already advertise on "portal" websites. In some respects sNOWsh is similar to a "portal" The main difference is that we don't ask you to login to sNOWsh to make updates to your adverting. Instead we have developed a search engine that looks at your website to include all your up to date advertising, present it on a fully searchable database on sNOWsh. We then distribute your adverting information to other sites such as Google Base, and eventually we will be helping all the portal sites you advertise on to join this growing network!
There is one step and one step only to join this network. You need to make sure that your website has correctly formatted information so we can collect it for you. So to help you get your website ready, we have built the sNOWsh booking management application. This is a fully featured website designed to help you sell your holiday availability on-line. The application formats all your data for you so that sNOWsh can "aggregate" it and re-distribute across the internet.
Basically you get a really, really cool engine to power your website and business!
Perhaps you already have a system on your web space that looks after your booking data for you? Its pretty simple to make connection to sNOWsh anyway, we can help you make connection or offer advise to your developers.
