CSV (Comma Separated Values) est un fichier de format multi-plateform tres repandue pour l'echange structure des ensembles de donnees. Microsoft Office Outlook importe par exemple des Contacts en format CSV (Outlook les nomme "fichiers de Donnees DAT"). Microsoft Office Excel offre un acces bi-directionel (Lire et Ecrire) aux Tableaux en format CSV. Toutes les listes et bibliotheques de documents dans SharePoint sont finalement des ensembles de donnees structurees. L'ExportZen Roxority pour SharePoint (2010 ou 2007) exporte les donnees de toutes listes et bibliotheques de documents dans chaque format CSV: Creer l'exportation personnalisee de modeles CSV pour les differents types de listes. Chaque modele definit les colonnes a exporter, leur sequence ainsi que leur nouvelle Designation. Fournissez aux utilisateurs, programmes et autres systemes a tout moment une vue actuelle hors-ligne de vos donnees en format CSV. Automatisez la migration de donnees complexes, l'integration et les taches de transformation. Ainsi fonctionne l'exportation de donnees de SharePoint au CSV avec ExportZen: ExportZen integre une ou plusieurs Inscriptions dans le menu d'action de Vue de liste. La Convertion demarre avec un Clic en meme temps le Telechargement dans un fichier CSV. Pour etablir une telle action d'exportation il vous suffit de preciser: Titre et decription de votre commande de menu, les colones a exporter ainsi que les types de listes dans lesquels cette exportation doit etre offerte.
