Inforce ist eine leistungsfahige, jedoch einfach zu bedienende Anwendung, mit der Dokumente, Internet-Adressen, E-Mails, Literaturangaben und beliebige anwenderdefinierte Informationen in einer ubersichtlichen Wissensbank gesammelt und nach inhaltlichen Gesichtspunkten geordnet werden konnen. Inforce zeichnet sich durch einfache Anwendung sowie gro?e Ubersichtlichkeit, Flexibilitat und Offenheit aus. Inforce ist in viele Applikationen von Microsoft Word uber Adobe Acrobat Reader bis hin zum Internet Explorer integriert, so dass das Einfugen eines Word-Dokumentes, einer PDF-Datei oder einer Internet-Adresse einfach durch Klick auf einen Button in den Schaltflachen dieser Applikationen erfolgt. Dokumente verbleiben an ihrem ursprunglichen Ort, so dass Inforce mit anderen Applikationen hervorragend zusammenarbeitet und eingespielte Arbeitsablaufe nicht umschmei?t. Mit Inforce werden relevante Informationen schneller gefunden, auch durch die Volltextsuche in Dateien und die indizierte Suche nach WinWord und PDF-Dokumenten. Mit Inforce erhohen Sie innerhalb weniger Tage die Produktivitat spurbar, da beispielsweise jeder Mitarbeiter sich in einem eigenen Bereich alle fur seine Arbeit benotigten Informationen zusammenstellen kann und schon dadurch schneller auf benotigte Dokumente zugreifen kann. Inforce kann die gesamte Wissensbank als HTML-Website exportieren, um sie oder Auszuge davon im Internet oder Intranet zu publizieren. Dabei konnen auch automatisch die Dokumente zusammengestellt werden, z.B. zur Archivierung, zur Ubergabe an Kunden etc. Da kein eigener Server benotigt wird, konnen Sie Inforce innerhalb von 10 Minuten installieren. Trotzdem konnen aufgrund der neuartigen Auto-Sync-Technologie alle im Team sofort gleichzeitig an einer Wissensbank arbeiten. Inforce ist in verschiedenen Editionen verfugbar, fur den Einzelplatz ab 49 Euro, furs Team ab 149 Euro (bis 598 Euro fur die Enterprise Edition).
