When you work with the Microsoft Windows operating system, you may experience

icons on your desktop ungrouped or moved around in some unwanted way. This can

PCs and operating systems, for example Windows 95 on an old 486. Naturally,
Frozen Icons runs on newer PCs and operating systems (Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP.)

changes your desktop icon layout, you can restore your desired icon array with a
