Commenteer is a drop utility for managing file comments in batch. You can use the program for:

' Erasing comments

' Setting comments with a text field, or from the clipboard

' Appending extensions to comments

' Prepending prefixes to comments

' Listing comments to console log

' Setting comments from file's web location or EXIF dates

These operations can be applied to a group of files, or folders.
