Brain Bar is a complete toolbar skinning solution for windows 95, 98 & ME, equipped with a internet browser accelerator & configurable email skin sharing ability. I think you will find Brain Bar a really cool change from other Adware infested programs that are available that don't have the features that Brain Bar does. Just take a look at the features below. Ability to select a skin for the background of Internet Explorer, Explorer & Outlook Express.
Ability to use skins from any location on any local hard drive.
Ability to be used off line without the browser even being open.
