- Das Programm VIZeit starten und der volle laufende Jahr wird angezeigt - Ihre Notiz für heutigen Tag eingeben - einfach beim Leftmausklick belibigen anderen Tag wählen und Ihre Notiz für diesen Tag eingeben - mit den zwei Pfeilenknopfe oben (Links und Rechts) den Jahr nach unten oder nach oben wechseln - Anschrift "Heute:..." drALcken um nach heutigen Tag zurALckzukehren - den Knopf "Finden" drALcken und ein belibigen Text als Suchbegriff einführen alle Notizen, die irgendwo innern diesen Suchbegrifftext haben, werden zusammen angezeigt - man kann irgendwo innern Notiz ein oder mehrere Termine einfALgen mit dem Befehl "[Termin]", z. B. [Termin] Gespräch mit AAA GmbH [Termin] Walter's Geburtstag [Termin] Urlaubsanfang ...etc - den Knopf "Termine" drALcken und alle Termine, die Datums ab Heute bis 100 Tage haben, werden zusammen angezeigt - den Knopf "Notiz" drALcken um laufende lange Notiz innern gröAzes Fenster bearbeiten Dort kann man auch die laufende Notiz leeren - um ein Projekt eingeben, einfach nach Anfangtag des Projekts klicken und irgenwo innern Notiz den Befehl [Projekt] mit dem Projektsname einfALgen. Dann nach Endetag des Projekts klicken und irgendwo innern derselbe Befehl [Projekt] mit der Projektsname einfALgen (eifach kopieren und einfALgen). z. B. für Fussball WM 2010 nach Tag 11. Juni klicken und dort in Notiz schreiben [Projekt] Fussball WM 2010 diese Zeile "[Projekt] Fussball WM 2010" kopieren, nach Endetag der WM im Juli klicken und dort in Notiz dieselbe Zeile einfALgen
