Creating & Publishing Slides
While creating content in the form of slides, content administrators declare the ideal customer or market segment that slide should be presented to. They use the SwiftPrez solution to store this information within slide libraries. SwiftPrez then tags the slides with the information provided by the content administrator and the slide library is then published to the server.

Automatic & Customized Presentation Generation
The content consumers use SwiftPrez to automatically generate a unique and customized presentation targeted towards the customer or market that they are going to address. Through an intuitive wizard, they perform two steps:

Customize Slides
They select the content language and topics/sub-topics (as created by the content administrator) that they want to present
Personalization
They may optionally add details and visuals about the company and people they are going to present to such as the name of the company, person(s) presenting to, company logo etc.

The presentation generation wizard then takes the information entered and interrogates the slide library database to acquire the relevant slides. It then automatically adds the personalization content to the corresponding slides as defined by the content administrator.

Although the slide library is the same for every user at any one point in time, every presentation generated is unique.
