Office Panorama is your need-to-have tool for easy and outstanding management of Office documents.

Each Office user who has to have more than just one task at a glance knows this scenario: You don't find the currently needed e-mails or other documents or it takes forever to find them. Most of the time the reason for it is, that you don't take enough time to assign the respective documents, e-mails etc. correctly in the first place.

With Office Panorama you'll save time because you simply keep order along the way.

The concept is pretty easy: Office Panorama provides a file system in which you can store links to Outlook elements as well as all other Windows file types.

You can always keep an eye on the essential aspects because both folders and topics (that is what organizational units are called in Office Panorama) can be archived. But by means of variable views you can always reaccess archived elements or simply retrieve them from the archive.

The assignment of documents is optimized by Add-Ins for Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Quick start import programs are available for Office Panorama in order to transfer structures from Outlook and/or the Windows file system.

Numerous ingenious additional features bring this document management system to perfection.
Office Panorama can be tested free of charge for 30 days. After this trial period a vanishingly small one-time license fee of Euro 25.-- incl. VAT is to be paid.
