Alias Find and Replace is a very powerful software for Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000 you can use to change or update multiple web pages/files at once !
It is the tool you need to change or add a banner code, a link, a copyright notice ... or simply to correct a spelling mistake across hundreds of webpages or text documents without having to edit each of them manually !

Comments:

This is a fast search-replace utility that offers an undo feature - great for fixing mistakes fast. However, the way the software registration is setup requires you to email Alias for a new key if you need to reinstall the software. HUGE PAIN!
