Pronexus VBVoice Interactive Voice Response (IVR) software is a powerful, rapid application development toolkit for IVR solutions. VBVoice enables the creation of feature-rich inbound and outbound IVR solutions including auto-attendants, automated payments, fax applications, notifications, polling and surveys, just to name a few. IVR applications built with VBVoice have been deployed in numerous industries from banking to government, healthcare, insurance and utilities.

The VBVoice IVR toolkit integrates with Microsoft Visual Studio and combines an easy-to-use visual call flow environment with fully programmable controls and state-of-the art options that include speech recognition and text-to-speech. Since its release in 1994, the VBVoice IVR solution has gained tremendous industry recognition, winning Internet Telephony Product of the Year for 14 consecutive years, the 2009 World's Communication Conference award for Best Development Tool and the 2009 Internet Telephony Excellence award.
